May 15, 2014 · When I start the Xterra I have the "Diff lock" and "SLIP" lights. As soon as I turn my wheel (about 45-90 degrees) the "diff lock" light turns off. Then the ABS, VDC Off, SLIP lights turn on. 4hi and 4lo work fine however it does not seem my Diff will lock. What I have done = change rear diff fluid (needed it anyways).
